Even though Richard was the youngest of 12 children – he was expected to work on the farm, regardless of how hard the work. Everyone was expected to do their part.

MAKING CHANGES NEEDED
Initially, Reinke Manufacturing was primarily engaged in fabricating structural components for farms and commercial buildings. As a result of the challenges faced by the agricultural industry, Richard shifted the manufacturing towards mechanized irrigation systems.
